Return Policy
We hope you love your purchase from Willella’s Boutique! However, we understand that you may need to make a return.
Purchases are eligible for store credit only. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.
You will receive web credit via email for items returned within 14 days of the delivery date provided by USPS.
Customer is responsible for all shipping charges, unless the mistake was ours.
Returns must:
- Be in perfect condition: i.e. unworn, free from odors and stains
- Contain packing slip
Damaged items: must be reported within 2 days of receiving your order. Please email info@willellasboutique.com with subject line “damage” and photos of your damaged item.
